We offer multiple ways to access your instant access purchases on your television. All of our supported streaming methods are listed below. If you do not see a method listed, it is not supported by our platform.
Android, iPad, and iPhone
Download the app from the store appropriate for your device, then log into your account using your email address and password. Once the app is installed, you can download content for offline viewing. Some apps for mobile devices are Chromecast and Airplay enabled.
Apple TV, Amazon FireTV and AndroidTV
Download the app to your device and login using your email address and password.
Add the appropriate channel to your device and log in using your email address and PIN (find it on the "My Account" page, also provided in the login credential section of your welcome email). Please be aware you may need to use the Intelivideo Roku channel if you cannot locate the specific channel for your service.
Desktop or Laptop Computer
You can watch videos on your TV by connecting a computer or mobile device via any number of cables such as HDMI, VGA, or DVI. If your TV can be connected to via a cable, you can play the video on your computer and the video will be shown on the TV.
