How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are easily managed from your Intelivideo account through a web browser. Currently you are not able to manage your subscription from the Intelivideo app.

When you login to your account you are directed to the “My Purchases” page.

Locate your subscription and select “Cancel”. Please complete the form and click “Confirm” when finished. You will receive an email when your request is processed. 

If you don't see a cancel button on the "My Purchases" page, please contact us.
