What does invalid email, merchant_id or password mean?

There a few different reasons you might receive this error message when trying to login to your account. 

You might receive this message when the email address associated with the account is not entered correctly. Please ensure you are using the email address connected to your account and that it is typed in correctly. If you are not sure of the email address associated with your account, please contact us at support@intelivideo.com.

You also might receive this message if the password is entered incorrectly. If you need to reset your password, please use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
